Short window of opportunity today as I had to be in Plymouth for 1.30pm, not ideal as the best wind was forecast for the afternoon. I was first one out and the winds were fairly light but the swell was only 4ft with the ebb tide. Went for the 5.2 as the winds were supposed to be 28 kts at 10am, though it didn't turn out that way.

After a few runs with a few walks back upwind due to the light winds and horrendous amount of weed I took a short break to wait for the wind to pick up. It slowly filled in and the 5.2 was nicely powered up in the gusts but I was running out of time. I dropped down into the waves opposite the river looking for ramps and scored some big floaty jumps. The swell had picked up and I ended up out running a couple of big scary sets before I had to call it a day.

A good day that was only marred by the lack of wind to start with and the tight timescales I was on. Finally got the Ezzy up and running and very pleased with it.
